LOUD ★ UNREASONABLE ★ NOISE IS PROHIBITED Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is illegal within the city and may be subject to a fine of up to $1,000. According to the city's noise ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Bayonne Code of Ordinance. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking (anything) inside the accommodation! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You will have to pay an additional odor removal fee of $750. ★ NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED ★ Our community has zero tolerance for DRUGS or WEAPONS, and the city council will be informed immediately. Smoking marijuana (inside or outside, anywhere on the property) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If our neighbors or staff report the smell of marijuana, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately, as it is prohibited in our rental. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask that you treat our home as if it were your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. The house is only for you and the number of people mentioned in the reservation. All unauthorized guests will be considered violations of house rules. ★🚗 Private Parking ★ We’re happy to offer our guests free 24-hour parking in a secure, private lot located at 1037 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ — just at the corner of the house, on the same side of the sidewalk (Broadway side). 🅿️ This lot does not assign fixed spots. Guests may choose any available space within the lot. There’s no need to worry about availability, as the number of vehicles allowed is in line with the lot’s capacity—your parking is guaranteed. We’ll give you all the info on how to get the parking gate remote to ensure a smooth check-in. ACCOMMODATION ★ PET-FRIENDLY ★ Bring your furry friends for an exciting stay, maximum 12 pounds is allow it. The City of Bayonne has a very strict noise ordinance for all short-term rentals from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. This means that after 9:00 p.m., music should NOT be played at high levels to ensure we do not disturb our neighbors, who understandably have work or children attending school the next day. ★TURN OFF LIGHTS AND DEVICES AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT★ Please leave the lights, TV, fans, air conditioners turn it off when you checking out. Check that they do not leave any water faucet open as well. ★ House heater★ “WINTER SEASON” Make sure heater always keep on between 72 - 75 degrees, do not turn it off at any time please. ★ LEAVE THE HOUSE IN ORDER ★ Please do not leave dirty pots, plates, or glasses. Leave beds tidy and collect towels, placing them in the dirty clothes basket in each room. If you leave the apartment extremely dirty, cause internal damage, or damage appliances, you will be charged an additional replacement fee. Similarly, stained sheets requiring replacement will also incur an additional fee. ★ Frequently Asked Questions ★ - Check-in: After 4:00 p.m. - Check-out: By 11:00 a.m. -You can check in any time after 4 pm and as late as you like, you will have an access PIN code to enter. - There is a smart lock, therefore we will send you the code and you do not need to meet in person, in case the code does not work for you, please let us know immediately to provide you with a second option. - The cleaning fee will automatically be applied to the total amount you see when booking. - We will send you all the information and address before your arrival. Access Details: You’ll find a lock box at the main entrance; the code to access it will be sent in advance. Please leave the keys back in the lock box if stepping out. After entering the main door, head to the second floor. The door on the left is the apartment, accessed via a smart lock PIN code provided before your stay. If the code doesn’t work, contact us for immediate assistance. Amenities Provided: - Clean sheets (plus a spare set per room) and two spare towels per guest. - Toilet paper (4 spare rolls), garbage bags, cleaning supplies, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. - Hairdryer in the second bedroom. - In the bathroom you will find shampoo, liquid body soap, conditioner and hand soap. - Brooms and mops will be find hooking up in the wall of the hall between the kitchen and the second room. - The laundry you can find at the corner of the property open 6am – 11pm. - You can check the available dates from the application from which you send us messages. ★ SECURITY MEASURES ★ We have security cameras and noise/smoke detectors on the premises. Tampering with these devices is considered a felony in New Jersey and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. Cameras: 1 motion-activated camera monitors the first entrance. 1 motion-activated camera monitors the second entrance. 1 camera side of the house. All devices are outside the property. Finally, please know that we have security cameras and noise and smoke detectors on the premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony in the State of New Jersey and will also result in the termination of your reservation. We have 1 motion activated recording camera overlooking the entrance of the property, recording video and audio. The second camera you will find out side of the second entrance and the third camera side of the house. All devices are outside the property. The cameras are installed 1) to ensure the safety of our home, our guests and our neighbors and 2) for city regulatory purposes. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. Does not record audio or video. We are doing everything we can to keep the community and our guests safe.
