However, the room features a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, along with access to an air fryer and a portable blender. 🧺 Laundry service is available upon request only. 🚗 Parking for one vehicle is included on the property.

Our goal is to provide every guest with a comfortable, peaceful, and hassle-free stay. ⚠️ RULE VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES To maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all guests, neighbors, and the property, violations of the house rules may result in additional charges and/or immediate termination of the reservation. 🚫 PARTIES, GATHERINGS & EVENTS Parties, gatherings, and events of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the Boho Room or anywhere on the property. Any evidence of a party, gathering, or event may result in: • An immediate $1,000 penalty fee • Immediate termination of the reservation • Removal from the property without a refund 🚭 NO-SMOKING POLICY Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the Boho Room, bathroom, and all indoor common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, hookah, and marijuana. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in: • A $750 smoke-remediation and deep-cleaning fee • Immediate termination of the reservation • Removal from the property without a refund 🔇 NOISE COMPLAINTS Excessive noise, loud music, or any behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors is not permitted. Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without a refund. 👥 UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS & VISITORS Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior authorization from the host.
