The photos will be updated on the previously mentioned date. ★ LOUD NOISE IS PROHIBITED ★ Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is illegal within the city and may be subject to a fine of up to $1,000. This is according to the city's noise ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Jersey City Municipal Code. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking (anything) inside the accommodation! Any evidence of smoking will result in an odor removal fee, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. An additional $750 odor removal fee will apply. ★ NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED ★ Our community has zero tolerance for DRUGS or WEAPONS, and the city council will be notified immediately. Smoking marijuana (inside or outside, anywhere on the property) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If our neighbors or staff report the smell of weed, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and you will be asked to vacate the unit immediately, as it is prohibited in our rental. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as if it were your own to preserve its impeccable condition for future guests and your return visits. The house is for you and the number of people listed in the reservation only. Any unauthorized guests will be considered a violation of house rules. ★ PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION ★ Feel free to bring your furry friends for an exciting stay. Jersey City has strict noise ordinances for all short-term rentals from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. This means that after 9:00 p.m., no loud music should be played to ensure we do not disturb our neighbors, who understandably have work or children going to school or events the next day. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. You can check in anytime after 3 p.m. and as late as you'd like; you will receive a PIN code to access the property. There is a smart lock, so we will send you the code, and there is no need to meet in person. The cleaning fee will be automatically applied to the total amount you see when booking. We will send you all the information and address before your arrival. We provide CLEAN sheets and bath towels to all guests at check-in. You can check the available dates through the app from which you're messaging us. Lastly, please note that we have security cameras and noise and smoke detectors on the premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony in the State of New Jersey and will also result in the termination of your reservation. We have one motion-activated camera overlooking the property entrance, which records video and audio. The other two cameras face the backyard and the side of the house. All devices are located outside the property. The cameras are installed for 1) ensuring the safety of our home, guests, and neighbors, and 2) for compliance with city regulations. There is also a smart device on the ceiling that actively monitors decibel levels of noise. It does not record audio or video. We are doing everything we can to keep the community and our guests safe. We appreciate your understanding. By booking this accommodation, you agree to these house rules and take responsibility for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property. Any violations of house policies or city laws may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.
