The neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the property is located in one of the best and safest areas of Jersey City, it is not located on a main avenue, you will hear very little noise on the street. Walking to the main avenue of John F. Kennedy Boulevard you will find many shops, laundries, pharmacies, etc... also and the best of all is that you have bus stops a 10-minute walk away to go to New York.

If you don't have vehicle you have bus stops in John F. Kennedy Boulevard a 10-minute walk away to go to New York. You can get bus 125 and it leaves you in Port Authority close 42 street in New York, another option is getting bus 85 and it leaves you in Journal Square station, then you must have to take the path and it leave you in the last stop that is Word Trade Center in New York. IF YOU HAVE VEHICLE Free parking Parking is public and free; I advise you if you want to find parking it may be before 5pm which is easier but it is not a guarantee of obtaining it. Street cleaning hours: AVOID FINES Monday and Thursday: 1pm – 3pm Our side Tuesday and Friday: 1pm – 3pm opposite side Wednesday you can park any side, no cleaning. Note: Above timings are different for other streets IMPORTANT: IF YOU DO NOT MOVE THE VEHICLE DURING THE MENTIONED TIMES YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE GIVEN A TICKET AND WE WILL BE FREE OF RESPONSIBILITY.
